What coaching looks like
As your coach, Denise will offer you tools, perspective, and strategies that you can apply toward achieving your personal or professional goal all within a supportive, encouraging environment. Coaching takes place through several methods as detailed below.
1-on-1 Coaching
When you are directly coached Denise (or one of her certified coaches), you work intensively toward your desired outcome. Your challenges are quickly identified, your barriers to success are addressed, a personalized strategy is created, and your mindset is fortified so your success is imminent. Choose a coaching package below.
Group Coaching
Join other collaborative, achievement driven people to receive empowering tools and strategies. While individual questions are able to be addressed, this is not an environment for personalized strategies or intensive training. Group training occurs regularly. Review the calendar and/or subscribe to the email list for group cohort announcements.
Coursework & Journals
There are times when you simply need the tools and strategies of a coach at your fingertips. Denise offers guided journals, published and eBooks, as well as online courses to empower and equip you to do the work needed to see the change and results you desire.
Reset Your Life Program
They say it takes 3 weeks to form a habit. For certain, it takes far longer than that to change a life. As you work to reset your life, it is important to have a plan for how you will achieve your definition of success. Even more so, it is important to have someone to support you, offer perspective, and help you navigate roadblocks and challenges. This package includes the CTRL ALT DEL e-book, the Plan to Succeed goal journal, 8 - 30 minute, weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Denise, and lifetime access to the Reset Your Life course content all designed to ensure your personal or professional success.
Master Communicator Program
Aspiring to expand your verbal and written communication skills, to practice empowering self-talk, refine your message, learn effective media practices, and more? This is the program for you. This 12-week package includes access to all Denise Hill instructed Communicator Incubator courses, access to the Communicator Tools for Success book, Plan to Succeed goal journal, and 12, 60-minute, weekly 1-on-1 coaching and training sessions to develop and help you execute a personalized, detailed plan to jump start your work as a Speaker, Author, Entertainer or Coach, ensuring your industry and consumer success. This is a great package for Executives and aspiring professional speakers.
